I have taught for thirty-four years. My research now asks one question — can AI actually help a doctor decide? — and alongside it I write books for everyone.
That mix is what I bring to an engagement: a teacher’s patience for explaining, a dean’s sense of how institutions really change, and a researcher’s insistence on evidence.
